What learners say about French Toast

I've been with French Toast for over a year. The breadth and depth of knowledge alongside delightful tangential stories makes classes exciting to be in. There is an element of wittiness which contributes to the overall atmosphere in class. I look forward to my classes at FT !

I've been taught by many teachers at French Toast and though they all have different styles of teaching, they share one common trait which makes the tough French lessons thoroughly interesting : PASSION ! This was why I started my son Xavier in French Toast as well !

My teacher is very patient, he puts in efforts to make sure his classes are interesting. Overall a very good experience and I hope to continue classes next term !

Classes have been great, we are given detailed notes, the teacher takes time to give each student a chance to speak, encourages and helps us along the way. The incorporation of conversational games makes the class enjoyable. I have learned a lot of vocabulary within 8 lessons, my grammar knowledge & comprehension have improved.

The overall teaching mechanism is great. We were assigned with small group activities to develop what we have just learned. The teacher is very resourceful during those activities. The notes emailed every week and homework helped me to review and get advanced on my own.

I've always been interested in the French Language but was under the impression it was too difficult. My teacher made it so interesting and lively that I've decided to continue with Beginner 2, and hopefully if time permits, up to some advance level. Thanks and keep up the liveliness !!!

My teacher was very nice to me when I met her the first time, and she explained the information to me patiently and nicely. I'm very glad to know that she will be my French teacher in June and I am looking forward to my class.

It has been a great and fun journey with both my teachers. Their experience in teaching speaks volumes as they have effective class management skills and make the content look and sound a lot easier than it is. Furthermore, it is evident that they teach with great passion and have keen interest in our improving our French. Their flexibility and out-of-textbook knowledge make learning engaging and fun.

Thoroughly enjoyed my French class. The teacher never fails to line the class up and lets us practice pronunciation and communicating in French. He also gets us to form our own sentences, a practice I felt was very useful in allowing me to consolidate my learning of sentence structures, vocabulary and grammar. The course was very effective in teaching me the basics of French.

Having started out with no background in French, I am thankful to the efforts and patience of my teacher. Every lesson has been engaging and interactive and I am always looking to the next class. All I can say after completing the term is that I can't wait for the next one!

I really loved the class, especially how my teacher shared snippets of French culture and expressions. She was also really patient and supportive, not to mention her great command of English! Looking forward to continuing my lesson !

Awesome teacher, friendly and knowledgeable. Shared good insight of French language with the culture, language, people and usage in daily life. Good light hearted class that is very beneficial especially for people who intend to go to France. I highly recommend this class for beginners.

Sophia is a fun, dedicated, and engaging teacher. Her endless patience in repeating words to make sure we get the pronunciation correct is amazing, and her bubbly energy and personality make going for her French classes a joy. In her classes, we not only learn how to speak French, but we also learn about the beautiful French culture, cuisine and much more!

I must say I am very impress by the teaching style n method of this two tutor, they are exceptionally passionate about their job in guiding n teaching patiently. I have never learn french before, and during the course of beginner 1 & 2, with Simon n Timothee guidance, I am now able to understand some words n is able to speak basic french words! On a side Note, there is never once they make me feel that the language class is a boring one. And the school tutor are all very friendly and easy going. Would strongly recommend for students to join their course^^

David & James's tutor listened to our study aims and she came up with very good ideas on how to proceed with various age appropriate lessons. The boys enjoyed working with their teacher. All in all a good experience !

My tutor is able to skillfully and quickly identify aspects of the language where I need more help in, and to customise the lesson on-the-spot. Her teaching is very structured, systematic and coherent. She makes lessons practical and fun !

My tutor is an extremely gifted, qualified teacher. Linguistic independence is always his priority. He makes himself available to his students, even offers his assistance outside of lessons. After almost 2 years with French Toast I will soon be going for my DELF B2 exams. I did very well for the past exams thanks to my awesome teachers. I have been taught by different teachers and they were all brilliant. Equal attention were given to each and every student, it's very warm and lively, making learning easy and fun!

Sophia had been a wonderful teacher. She is patience and "slow motion" her words ( think Zootopia Sloth pace! ) so as to help me grasp the language. Lots of creativity are put in to help me learn French. The sharing of the culture are also helpful in providing insights to the country and its people. A great experience!
